The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, through the Ministry of Finance’s Internal Resources Division, has published a job announcement for the Tax Commission. The Tax Commissioner’s Office, Tax Region-20, Dhaka, will hire a total of 102 people for 06 positions.

Position: Computer Operator
Number of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the science stream.
Other Qualifications: Typing speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.
Salary Scale: 11,000 – 26,590 BDT.
Position: Chief Assistant
Number of Posts: 17
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Salary Scale: 11,000 – 26,590 BDT.
Position: Upper Division Assistant
Number of Posts: 20
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with proficiency in computer use.
Salary Scale: 10,200 – 24,680 BDT.
Position: Stenotypist-cum-Computer Operator
Number of Posts: 20
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Other Qualifications: Typing speed in shorthand is 45 words per minute in Bengali and 70 in English; for computer typing, 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 in English.
Salary Scale: 10,200 – 24,680 BDT.
Position: Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist

Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
Other Qualifications: Typing speed of 20 words per minute in both Bengali and English on the computer.
Salary Scale: 9,300 – 22,490 BDT.
Position: Office Helper

Educational Qualification: Passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC).
Salary Scale: 8,250 – 20,010 BDT.
